Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unworn condition with tags attached and/or in original packaging. Final-sale items (clearly marked) are not eligible for return.

  • How do I start a return or exchange? Contact customer service at info@undercutcreative.com with your order number. Follow the provided instructions and ship the item back using the labeled return method if provided.

  • Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping policy depends on the reason:

    • If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item), we cover return shipping.

    • If you’re returning for other reasons (fit, change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • When will I get my refund? Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. The refund posts to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • What do I do if my item arrives damaged or defective? Contact us immediately with photos of the defect and packaging and your order number. We will assess and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Care & Maintenance

  • How should I care for my garments? Care instructions are on each product’s label and product page. Follow those instructions for best results. When in doubt, wash on a gentle cycle in cold water and hang to dry.
