Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unworn condition with tags attached and/or in original packaging. Final-sale items (clearly marked) are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return or exchange? Contact customer service at info@undercutcreative.com with your order number. Follow the provided instructions and ship the item back using the labeled return method if provided.
Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping policy depends on the reason:
If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item), we cover return shipping.
If you’re returning for other reasons (fit, change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
When will I get my refund? Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. The refund posts to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items
What do I do if my item arrives damaged or defective? Contact us immediately with photos of the defect and packaging and your order number. We will assess and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my garments? Care instructions are on each product’s label and product page. Follow those instructions for best results. When in doubt, wash on a gentle cycle in cold water and hang to dry.
